About the Founder.

Karsten Chearis is a creative visionary, cybersecurity leader, devoted husband, and proud father of two daughters. Rooted in his Christian faith, Karsten strives to live with purpose—whether at home, in his career, or through his personal mission. As a seasoned sales engineering leader, he helps organizations navigate cybersecurity challenges with clarity and strategic insight. His leadership extends beyond his role, reflecting a deep commitment to fostering belonging, innovation, and excellence in every space he enters.

Karsten’s passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) fuels his hope to see Black creatives thrive in all industries. Believing that creativity is not limited by access or background, he champions the philosophy that “If everyone can consume, anyone can create”—with a special focus on empowering Black voices to rise and be heard. Karsten launched his own brand, Chearis., dedicated to equip Black creatives with the tools, confidence, and inspiration to create content that shapes culture and challenges the status quo.

At the heart of everything Karsten does is family. As a husband to Mitzi and father to MiKayla and Madisyn, he aims to be a source of love, guidance, and inspiration. Whether leading his team, nurturing his daughters, or pursuing his dreams, Karsten’s life reflects a belief in faith-driven action, intentional leadership, and the power of creativity to spark change.
